CEO: Jim Walsh
Jim Walsh, CEO of Delcor USA, Inc. has been with the company since 1970. He has served in various capacities, from Project Accountant to President/Secretary/Treasurer and ultimately his current role as CEO. Jim also serves as Chairman and CEO of Delcor Group; the holding company over Delcor USA, Inc. and has over thirty-five years of experience in construction management and finance.
Jim is a graduate of Houston Baptist University with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. Prior to joining Delcor, Jim was with General Dynamics in the Enigineering & Aerial Space division and also served in the U.S. Navy.
President & CFO: Keith Cole
Keith H. Cole joined Delcor USA in 2008 as President and CFO. Prior to joining Delcor, he served on Delta Engineering's Board of Directors for two years and retains a Board position with Delcor Group.
Keith obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 and earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1993.
Keith is active in the Houston, Texas community. He serves on the Government Relations Advisory Committee for the UT Health Science Center at Houston. He is a former President of the Texas Exes Houston Chapter and currently sits on the Texas Exes Council for the University of Texas at Austin, as an At-Large Member. Keith also serves on the Greater Houston Partnership's Environmental Advisory Committee and advises Aunt K’s Place, a transitional living center for homeless people with mental disabilities.
Chief Operating Officer: Larry Lee
Larry Lee, Chief Operating Officer, has been with the company for twenty years, most recently as vice president of business development.
VP Subsea/Topsides Division: Bobby Bragg
Bobby Bragg, vice president of the subsea-topsides division, has been with the company for eighteen years.
VP Buildings Division: Randy Kemp
Randy Kemp, vice president of the buildings division, has been with the company for fifteen years.
