Our clients are involved in our weekly engineering and construction meetings to discuss construction issues and updates, ensuring that your team is aware of your project's progress and that the schedule is being met. We know the sooner we complete our job, the sooner you can get to yours. That is why we provide you with frequent updates on the status of your project including materials, timing and budget.
Delcor has heavily invested in our project management systems, including scheduling and an Oracle ERP system that captures real-time data. Delcor has incorporated a 3-D modeling system for locating clashes between main plumbing pipes, HVAC ducts, electrical cable trays and wire runs, firewater piping, and communication routing. Knowing this information early in the project's life helps to ensure your project stays on schedule.
